104 Souls at Senya Beraku for Christ’ Crusade

The Senya Beraku District of The Church of Pentecost, under the Winneba Area, recorded a remarkable harvest of 104 souls during the 6-day Senya Beraku for Christ Crusade, held from November 18 to November 23, 2024.

The event, spearheaded by the District Minister, Pastor Eric Owusu, led to 88 adults and 16 children giving their lives to Christ. Among them, 78 have already undergone water baptism, while 31 participants were baptized in the Holy Spirit. The crusade also witnessed countless testimonies of healing and deliverance, as God’s power was manifested throughout the program.

A major highlight was Gospel Sunday, November 24, 2024, which focused on aggressive evangelism at the Senya Beraku Fort Du Hope Beach. This effort alone resulted in 34 conversions and baptisms, marking a successful conclusion to the crusade.

Preaching on the theme “In Him is Life” (John 1:4), Pastor Owusu emphasized the life-giving power of Jesus Christ, urging all to place their trust in Him for hope and eternal life. “Jesus is life, the giver of life, and in Him is eternal life. Without Him, no one can receive salvation,” he declared.

The purpose of the crusade, Pastor Owusu explained, was to shine a light on Jesus Christ, whose death and resurrection offer hope and eternal life to all who believe in Him.

Ministers who contributed to the crusade’s success included Pastors Isaac Sunkwah Nikessen (Gyahadzie District), Bismark Aidan (Apam District), Prince Duvorn (Winneba Area Evangelism Leader), and Apostle James Oko Bannor (Ejisu Area Head). Their messages and prayers were instrumental in transforming lives and strengthening faith among attendees.

Elder Michael Abbew Jackson, the Senya Beraku District Evangelism Leader, assured that robust follow-up measures are in place to nurture the new converts and ensure their spiritual growth through effective discipleship programs.

The Senya Beraku for Christ Crusade not only expanded God’s kingdom but also brought hope and healing to the community, leaving a lasting spiritual impact on the region.
